Committees

EXECUTIVE EVALUATION (ASSN. MGR.) COMMITTEE CHARGE

The Assoc. Mgr. Evaluation Committee is assembled to assist the BOD in reviewing and making recommendations about the performance and compensation of the Association Manager. The duties are numerous; however, the most prominent are:

*Monitoring performance in accomplishing the Strategic Plan and operating within Board Policies.
*Making recommendations, for Board approval, on annual performance targets, salary and bonus structure, etc.
*Annually reviewing contract terms and performance expectations with the Association Manager.

The Association Manager Evaluation Committee is a board-appointed (Standing) committee and is led by the appointed chairman of the committee.


AUDIT COMMITTEE CHARGE

The Audit Committee is assembled to assist the BOD in overseeing the activities related to the annual financial audit of the association. The duties of the committee are numerous; however, the most prominent are:
*Review Year-End Profit & Loss Statements (prepared by BPAA).
*Report the findings and recommendations of the P & L to the BOD.
*Maintain financial accounting oversight of the interim financial statements.
*Subject to the Board's approval, the Committee may also request outside independent assistance if the Committee deems necessary.

The Audit Committee is a board-appointed (Standing) committee and is led by the appointed chairman of the committee.


BUDGET & FINANCE COMMITTEE CHARGE

The Budget & Finance Committee is assembled to assist in the development of the annual budget, which is conservative, realistic, and consistent as well as assist with other fiduciary duties as requested.
The Budget & Finance Committee is a board-appointed (Standing) committee and is led by the appointed
chairman of the committee.



COACHING/CAMPS COMMITTEE CHARGE

The Coaching Committee (Indiana Coaches Network) works on the development and enhancement of Coaches Clinics and Summer Camps.



COMMUNICATIONS COMMITTEE CHARGE

The Communications Committee ensures that websites, social media forums, and newsletters are updated regularly with pertinent information and sent to IBCA members as well as BPAA, USBC, Vendors, and the InRLA. The Chairman will be provided administrative privileges for all Social Media accounts.


EDUCATION & SALLY KANE COMMITTEE CHARGE

The Education & Sally Kane Committee is designed to further educate proprietor members, and bowling center employees through on-line education, seminars, and other programs. The committee is also responsible in the development and enhancement of the Sally Kane Memorial Golf Tournament: Designed to raise funds for scholarships for Indiana high school bowlers.
